Why People say NO to MLM.
If you’re in an mlm company, then you have heard “I don’t have the money” many times. In fact you have probably heard it so many times that you begin to hate those words and maybe even get a complex about hearing them that you no longer want to talk to people and want to give up.
Not so fast my friend.
I have owned an Auto Repair shop for over 22 years and I have seen and heard a lot.
When I advertise for a new employee, I get all kinds of people answering the ad and I have to weed out the good ones from the bad ones. Sometimes it’s not easy. People that want a paycheck can be sneaky and tell you what you want to hear. So you have to have a system to figure it out.
The same holds true in recruiting for your mlm company. You have to QUALIFY your prospects like they are potential owners of your mlm. You have to have a system. You have to have a plan. You can’t just walk up to people and start spewing your mlm company to them, (Known in the industry as vomiting).
Is this person someone that wants to own their own business? Is this person content working for someone else? Is this person so fed up working for some else that they want to own their own business?
Find out if they have the desire to own their own business, before you waste too much time with them. If they don’t have a burning desire within themselves to be rich and have the freedom to do what they want when they want, then they are not a good prospect. Even if you manage to get them into your business they won’t last very long if they don’t have the desire to succeed.
Get a system in place. It’s easier than you think if you know where to look.
